社区和居家养老是我国当前和未来的主要养老模式,然而,与机构养老设施相比较而言,我国社区居家养老服务设施的发展明显滞后,具体表现为设施的建成基础薄弱、空间资源的配置要素模糊、规范和管控手段缺位等。在概述现状与问题的基础上,系统地探讨了我国社区层面养老服务资源的配置主体、配置对象和配置思路。针对养老服务需求和供给主体日益多元化的挑战,提出结合社区实际情况灵活配置服务模块的建议,采用总量控制和复合设置的规划手段落实配建,从而实现服务设施综合效益最大化的建设目标。  相似文献

设计了一种基于复合帕尔贴模块的改进型温度触觉感知再现装置。首先分析了手指接触复合帕尔贴装置表面时的热传导过程,并根据热网络分析法建立了基于复合帕尔贴模块的热触觉感知模型;据此设计了一种通过控制复合帕尔贴模块表面温度变化来模拟温度触觉过程的装置,复合帕尔贴装置由两个20 mm×20 mm的帕尔贴模块重叠放置构成,通过对上下层帕尔贴模块输入电流分别控制,实现了比单层帕尔贴模块更为快速的升降温速率和更大工作温度区间;最后,通过热图标辨别实验,分析了将温度触觉感知再现应用于特殊人群导航的可行性。  相似文献

In the present work, we report fabrication and characterization of a low-cost MEMS based piezoresistive micro-force sensor with SU-8 tip using laboratory made silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrate. To prepare SOI wafer, silicon film (0.8 µm thick) was deposited on an oxidized silicon wafer using RF magnetron sputtering technique. The films were deposited in argon (Ar) ambient without external substrate heating. The material characteristics of the sputtered deposited silicon film and silicon film annealed at different temperatures (400–1050 °C) were studied using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The residual stress of the films was measured as a function of annealing temperature. The stress of the as-deposited films was observed to be compressive and annealing the film above 1050 °C resulted in a tensile stress. The stress of the film decreased gradually with increase in annealing temperature. The fabricated cantilevers were 130 μm in length, 40 μm wide and 1.0 μm thick. A series of force–displacement curves were obtained using fabricated microcantilever with commercial AFM setup and the data were analyzed to get the spring constant and the sensitivity of the fabricated microcantilever. The measured spring constant and sensitivity of the sensor was 0.1488 N/m and 2.7 mV/N. The microcantilever force sensor was integrated with an electronic module that detects the change in resistance of the sensor with respect to the applied force and displays it on the computer screen.  相似文献

Since 2010 the Dutch photovoltaic (PV) market has been growing fast, with around doubling of installed capacity in 2011 and 2012. Four quarterly inventories have been made in 2012 for modules, inverters, and systems that are presently available for purchase in the Netherlands. We have found that the average selling price of modules, inverters, and systems decreased with 44.3, 14, and 7.3–10.2%, respectively: average selling prices are 1.26 €/Wp, 0.41 €/Wp, and 1.46 €/Wp for modules, inverters, and systems on tilted roofs, respectively, at the end of 2012. Average installation costs amount to 0.43 €/Wp. Using an energy yield of 900 kWh/kWp, 25 years system lifetime, 6% discount rate, and 1% operation and maintenance (O&M) cost, a levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) is calculated for a 2.5 kWp system to be 0.194 €/kWh for a system price of 1.98 €/Wp (including installation). Grid parity conditions are apparent, with electricity retail prices of around 0.23 €/kWh.  相似文献

The objective of this research is to develop a prototype for practical foolproof system which can be used in manual assembly processes. For this purpose, a high-performance and low-cost ultrasonic system is proposed to measure 3D positions of an indoor mobile object. Composed of an ultrasonic sender and a receiver, the system employs ultrasonic time-of-flight (TOF) and trilateration to estimate the positions of the object with an accuracy of few centimeters. To calculate three TOFs, ultrasonic signals are processed full-digitally with a low-cost FPGA, which provides high design flexibility keeping both high performance and low noise. Proposed system is autonomous, so there is no need of an external PC and the system development cost becomes low. As an improved thresholding method to calculate the TOFs, this paper proposes a debounce module, designed in the FPGA, to remove the pulse noises generated during the thresholding. The resulting time delay from the debounce is compensated by a microprocessor for calculating actual TOFs. Lastly, the positions of the mobile object are calculated from the TOFs values by trilateration in the microprocessor. In order to remove measurement noises, both moving average filters and Kalman filters are adopted in calculating the TOFs and positions.  相似文献

Blanket electrical connectors (E-straps, ES) are low-impedance electrical bridges crossing gaps between blanket modules (BMs) and vacuum vessel (VV). Similar ES are used between two parts on each BM: the first wall panel (FW) and shield block (SB). The main functions of E-straps are to: (a) conduct halo currents intercepting some rows of BM, (b) provide grounding paths for all BMs, and (c) operate as electrical shunts which protect water cooling pipes (branch pipes) from excessive halo and eddy currents. E-straps should be elastic enough to absorb 3-D imposed displacements of BM relative VV in a scale of ±2 mm and at the same time strong enough to not be damaged by EM loads. Each electrical strap is a package of flexible conductive sheets made of CuCrZr bronze. Halo current up to 137 kA and some components of eddy currents do pass through one E-strap for a few tens or hundreds milliseconds during the plasma vertical displacement events (VDE) and disruptions. These currents deposit Joule heat and cause rather high electromagnetic loads in a strong external magnetic field, reaching 9 T. A gradual failure of ES to conduct Halo and Eddy currents with low enough impedance gradually redistributes these currents into branch pipes and cause excessive EM loads. When branch pipes will be bent so much that will touch surrounding structures, the Joule heating in accidental electrical contact spots will cause local melting and may lead to a water leak.The paper presents and compares two design options of E-straps: with L-shaped and Z-shaped elastic elements. The latter option was developed in 2012 on the basis of more thoughtful analysis of bi-directional cyclic loading conditions influencing a fatigue lifetime. Detail comparative simulations of current and field patterns and subsequent analysis of the fatigue strength and technological assessment allowed make a final choice for the E-strap design in ITER.  相似文献
